Community in Action: CAI at the Cafe 1888 Art Show

CAI is proud to participate in the upcoming Café 1888 Art Show, where participants will have the opportunity to showcase and sell their original arts and crafts to the community. This event offers a meaningful way for participants to share their creativity, build confidence, and strengthen valuable job and life skills in a real-world setting.

Each item featured at the CAI booth is thoughtfully created by participants and reflects their unique talents, interests, and hard work. From handmade crafts to original artistic designs, every piece represents dedication, personal growth, and creative expression.

By taking part in this vendor event, participants gain hands-on experience practicing important workplace and independent living skills, including communication, organization, teamwork, customer service, and money handling. They also build confidence through setting up displays, pricing items, and engaging directly with members of the community.
